THE World University Rankings 2023: JSS Academy of Technical Education was placed in the 351-400 rank band in THE World University Rankings 2023. The rankings are based on 13 factors that measure how well universities teach, research, share knowledge, and have an international focus. To ensure the rankings are accurate, the researchers studied more than 121 million citations from over 15.5 million research papers and got feedback from 40,000 scholars worldwide. They collected massive information, with over 680,000 data points from more than 2,500 participating universities.

JSS Academy Of Technical Education, Bangalore is situated in the city of Bangalore. The college was established in the year 1997 under the guidance of JSS Mahavidyapeetha, Mysore. JSSATE, Bangalore is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum, India.
